A small tiny Craftsman style home, big on style, with 2 good size bedrooms and garage!
A combination of stonework, columns and trim with a large, covered porch give this "right-sized", new plan character and a rustic modern style that is sure to please!
As far as tiny house plans go, Delphine adds a touch of luxury to the usually ultra-functional concept of these smaller homes and is perfect if you are looking for an ecological build that is not short on comfortable features.

From the surprisingly large entrance foyer with ample closet space, the floor plan opens out to a common area that spans the entire rear of the first floor and the dining area has room for a table that seats six. A galley style kitchen makes efficient use of space and additional cabinetry on the other side of the access door to the garage neatly houses the refrigerator.
The washer/dryer on this level are conveniently located in the powder room. Upstairs, two nicely sized bedrooms with ample closet space share a full bathroom that has a double vanity.
A full daylight basement is available and many other foundation options as well. You can easily make online changes to this house design.

Good day and thank you for your interest in this plan.
Although we do no actual construction, the ballpark estimate to build this home in Quebec (Canada) starts at around $180,000.
This estimate is based on professional grade materials and includes ceramic in the foyer, the kitchen and the bathrooms with hardwood flooring throughout the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms.
The kitchen cabinetry is wood grain melamine. This construction estimate to build in Quebec is for a turn key project.
The cost of the land and its excavation, taxes and hook-ups to municipal or other services is not included in the calculation and it is highly recommended to consult local contractors and materials suppliers to get a better idea of the actual cost to build in your area.
