3 bedroom rustic cottage plan with garage, fireplace and nice master suite!
Following considerable requests concerning the addition of a garage to chalet model 2957 (available on the drummondhouseplans.com site) as well as enlarging certain interior spaces, we proceeded with the layout of this one.
In doing this, we obtain a chalet with an integrated good sized garage, a master bedroom suite with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, a more open kitchen able to easily accommodate a table for eight and an even more practical living room, adorned by a very well placed and majestic fireplace.
On the upper level, it is the bedrooms who gain space above all, while the mezzanine and the bathroom strangely resemble those of the base model.
We also thought well to suggest a model which is even more liveable, designed on three levels and with a double garage, which you can appreciate as always on our drummonddesigns.com site, under plan number 3925.

Is it much trouble to have this house plan changed a little? I would like to have the garage removed, the cathedral ceiling changed to have a full top floor. Main level to have 9 foot ceilings. I would like to have a laundry room and an extra bedroom upstairs. I would also like the angled closet between the kitchen and master bedroom to be a small pantry accessed from the kitchen side. I think this would entail changing the master ensuite's walkthrough closet to be rectangle. Could you please email be some details on how to make these changes. My wife and I are looking to start our house build within 2 months.

The only building costs we have are provincial averages for the province of Quebec. They may not be accurate for your area. If you wish to have quotes made, you can order the materials list.
