is there another plan like this without a 2nd story? Is it possible to turn the so it faces a different way and connects to the house at a drop. Our lake lot requires the house to sit lower than the garage but we would still like it attached somehow. Also, we want a finished workshop under the garage. Any suggestions?

Can this plan be modified??? Do no want second floor rooms for house. Instead would have bedrooms bath & rec room in basement. Would keep the living area above the garage though.
