The large entrance foyer/mud room even has a walk in closet that is the perfect place to store seasonal items out of site. A central fireplace adds coziness to the common area of this beautiful home and can be enjoyed from the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, which has a walk in pantry, and patio doors on either side of the fireplace add natural light to the open floor plan. The double garage plan 2996-24 would be a nice fit for this home but if you are looking for something a little smaller you can follow the links for the other two sizes of this model.
3986-V1 is a much larger garage with room for an RV and bonus space upstairs if that's more in line with what you need.
The plan of your choice could also be modified and we would be happy to send you a free estimate for any changes that require within two business days after receipt of this on line form

The description says that this is a 5 bedroom home. Where is the 5th bedroom? In the basement? How deep is the wrap around porch?

The wrap around porch is 5' deep on all sides.

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
