Small Cottage house plan with exceptional charm
A simple and pleasing front facade does not begin to do justice to this pleasing cottage. The true charm is reserved for the owners. Perfect for empty-nexters, a forward-oriented bedroom has easy access to a four-fixture bathroom and laundry room. The main living area is oriented toward the back yard. A pleasing L-shaped configuration helps to define the dining area from the open kitchen with island and the living room benefits from a vaulted ceiling, open to the mezzanine.
