Our popular panoramic view chalet plan 2939, whose model styles include the reversed version with plan 2939A, 2939B, that has a laundry area on the main floor, and 2939B-V1 which offers a finished basement instead of the second floor. The Vistas collection has just gotten better with an attached garage on plan 2939B-V2 to complete the available variations of this style. Whether you need a vacation getaway or fabulous design for full-time living on a sloping view lot, this one is full of desirable features.
The central theme of all of the members of the Vistas collection is a comfortable entrance foyer, a central island in the kitchen, an open floor plan family area with abundant fenestration and fireplace, the master bedroom and full bath on the main level and a covered porch in the back which would readily lend itself to being screened in for added comfort. 3507-V3 has a more "Craftsman" style that is also quite appealing
