Small popular cabin plan in a new eco-friendly version!

Inspired by our plan Great Espace, (plan #1904) this tiny home is an eco-friendly and revisited version of this first one.

Designed for a south backyard orientation at best, this tiny home conserves the striking features of the original plan while offering new, more optimal and eco-friendly ideas.

First of all, this slab designed tiny home maximizes every square foot. You will find the entrance on the west side of the house with a mechanical room and storage space. There is then the open living area with kitchen, dining room and living room overlooking the south side of the house.

On the northeast side, we find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The slanted roof of this home is mirrored in the inside with a cathedral ceiling throughout to give a great sense of openness and volume.

This tiny house could very well serve as a fully equipped and well-designed cottage home. Its simple shape and its maximized square footage guarantee you a durable and affordable construction for your project.
