This home offers a split floor plan where the parents' suite is on one side of the house, and the children's (or guest) bedrooms are on the other side of the house.
The side double garage leads to a mudroom, a laundry room and the kitchen.
The sheltered front balcony opens onto a remarkable and spacious entrance.
A wall with an arched opening makes the transition to the living room.
All the ceilings in the house are 9' high except in the living room where there is a cathedral ceiling.
