House plan ROBIN (# 3621) features 3009 sq.ft. on 2 floors, a double garage as well as a sheltered rear porch with 12'9 '' ceiling and decorative false beams. The interior ceilings on the ground floor are all 9 ', except in the living room where the ceiling is cathedral, almost 16'.
The entrance opens into a practical mudroom which can also be accessed from the garage. Then 2 secondary bedrooms on the main floor, each with its own walk-in closet, share a private Jack and Jill bathroom. The master suite is also on the ground floor and includes a private bathroom with a large shower, a walk-in closet and 2 sinks. The office is accessible from the house, but also from the outside, perfect for a client meeting context. In addition, it is located near a practical powder room. A good size laundry room is also in this area.
The second floor features 2 bedrooms and a family room (or bedroom #6)
