The TIAGO house plan (#3741) will charm you with its refined exterior look that combines raw materials with a natural look and more modern fine lines. It offers 2184 sq.ft. laid out on two floors, in addition to a *fully finished and optional basement of 1101 sq.ft.
All the ceilings on the ground floor and the upper floor are 9' high. The addition of a garage could be done via access to the staircase landing or directly through the entrance mudroom. This modification is easily achievable by one of our offices throughout Quebec.
Through the front entrance of the house, you have access to a large mudroom on the right and a bench on the left. The living room has a fireplace and, due to its size, allows space for 6 to 7 seats. The kitchen is open to the dining room and includes the very popular trio of pantry, wine cellar and large island. In addition, an office is set up in this area and could easily be converted into a playroom for children. A small bathroom, located on the landing towards the basement, completes this floor.
Upstairs, many will appreciate the large master bedroom with its good-sized walk-in closet and private bathroom. A bath centered on a large window, a large shower and two sinks easily give this room the status of "dream bathroom"! In addition, two children's bedrooms, a bathroom, the laundry room and a closet are located on this floor.
