Warm house with a modern and rustic style at the same time, due to its colors and choice of materials.

The office is located near the front entrance, on the right, and has a beautiful large window.
The kitchen has an island as well as a large and practical pantry. A decorative arch is planned, on the ceiling, between the kitchen and the pantry to give a beautiful look to this corner!
The back of the house is open concept and receives lots of natural light.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a small reading corner.
The two additional bedrooms are sized to accommodate queen or double beds without problem.
The family bathroom is very spacious and has two separate sinks, a shower and a freestanding bathtub. In addition, an area has been converted into a laundry room and even includes a small window.
The initial foundation provided for this plan is a floating slab. However, several foundation options are available, as well as our modification service if adjustments are required.

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
