English cottage that's full of features.
As a result of a survey done on our web site putting three different floor plans on display and from which we chose the preferred style to create plan 3716.
The clean, exterior lines offer a home brimming with convenient extras like the versatile entrance foyer whose door when closed retains the outside temperature and comes complete with abundant closet space and enough room for a bench. A home office on the main level is another practical feature as it can be used as an extra bedroom or children's playroom if more convenient.
The open floor plan throughout the common area, with view to the back yard and abundant fenestration through which ample natural light penetrates. The kitchen has a large island and there is a practical laundry area on the main floor.
Upstairs, three nicely sized bedrooms, with a walk-in closet in the master, share a well appointed bathroom with double vanity, a pedestal bath and a 42" x 66" shower enclosure that has a separate toilet area for extra privacy. There is even a laundry chute to add to the well thought out features of this lovely design.
