Hello, I am really interested in this house plan, I love it, exactly as it is but with out a garage. The garage will take a lot of space lot when the garage is driving in and out from the side. I do love the bonus space above the garage though.
I have 6 kids, 16 yr old girl, 13 yr old girl, 12 yr old boy, 9yr old boy, (6yr old boy - but not living with me) and a 1 yr old girl.
I am from Mistissini Lake, QC Canada. I wanted to apply for a private homeownership but the deadline is Sept 4, 2014 to apply. It was only posted recently.
Could you please help me, if you have any other house plan suggestions similar to this one.

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
