Comfortable 2 bedroom ranck style house plan with unfinished basement
A front porch with picket railing creates a pleasing welcome to this compact cottage. An enclosed entry provides a nice weather shield and, upon entry, the eye travels upward to the 9' ceiling which adds a feeling of an enlarged space in the living room. The living room is separated from the kitchen and dining area by pocket doors allowing your choice of open space or separation.
In the sleeping wing, two bedrooms lie on either side of a bathroom with soaker tub and independent shower and share easy access to the hall laundry.
A full unfinished daylight basement offers the opportunity for expanded living or storage space.

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
