The foundation change for a monolithic (slab on grade)or a floating (stem wall) slab instead of the full basement with 8' walls is available at a cost of $245. for the option and can be ordered either by phone or with your on line order by selecting the slab foundation of your choice.

Although we do no actual building, a ballpark estimate to build this home in Quebec, Canada is around $150,000 which includes everything except for land, taxes and hook-ups to municipal services.

as shown in diagram? ...to be below left wall of
family room? This would open flow between
dining area and living room, allowing more light
and a feeling of spaciousness.
