Versatile carriage house
Popular as a cottage with room for “toys”, as an interim dwelling while the main house is being built or as a guest suite or mortgage helper, this little dwelling unit packs a lot of features into a small footprint.
The ground floor features a nice size garage with workshop and interior or exterior access to the staircase.
At the top lies a pleasant surprise – an open concept living area with a cathedral ceiling, a pleasing island kitchen, dining area, living room and a charming 12 x 12 ft deck. A half bath is combined with a laundry room for efficient use of space and then... the master suite. What a pleasant surprise to find a good-sized bedroom with his and hers closets and a four-fixture bathroom!

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
