Guest house or secondary residence, here is an original house which will surely fulfill the needs of many. Combining at the same time a double garage and comfortable living accommodations, this house never ceases to gain in popularity.
On the main level, we can first appreciate a most practical garage by its important depth and the fact that it will allow its owners a more than adequate apartment and the possibility of integrating a workbench over the entire rear wall.
On the upper level, an ‘L’ shaped kitchen allows space enough for a table for 6 in a well lit space and, on the opposite side of the central staircase, we find a quite comfortable living room, also as well lit.
