Although I am not sure of your requirement, I assume that you are looking for a similar floor plan that is not built above a garage so I have come up with the following links
plan 2923 has only one bathroom but a similar layout which may be interesting.
Plan 2030A or plan 3965/url]may be acceptable options with their second floor mezzanines and second bathrooms.
[url=www.drummondhouseplans.com/house-plan-detail/info/1001702.html]Plan 3213, with its attached garage may be a choice which suits your needs as well.
Plan 2496 may be another interesting choice with its split level and single car garage.

We are unfamiliar with the term DIY, is this part of the IRC 2006 code? Please clarify and I will be happy to respond.
As for the heavy equipment, this is something that you will need to discuss with your contractor as the roof installation will depend on the method chosen by the individual who will do the job.

As costs vary greatly from region to region, we suggest that you show the information available on our website regarding that plan (illustrations, floor plans, technical details) to a builder in your region to obtain a more accurate estimate.
