Charming country style house plan with garage, and 3 to 4 bedrooms
Probably the most pleasing of Drummond Designs’ models on both sides of the Canadian-American border, this model is at the same time elegant, with its large, covered balcony, simple rooflines, well-balanced openings, and discreet by the way the double garage easily blends in.
As we step into the main entry foyer, we are dazzled by the glass sunroom and the available space. A 9-foot ceiling covers the entire main floor, a beautiful living room with corner fireplace, a good-sized dining room, a spacious kitchen with center island, breakfast area, and space for a home computer. Always on the main level, a convenient, independent laundry room and separate half-bath, and a play room that can also be used as home office or fourth bedroom.
At the first landing of the stairs leading to the second level, we are surprised by the vastness of the bonus space above the garage, which many will want to convert into a home theater. As we pursue our visit, we are satisfied by the size of the bedrooms and the presence of two bathrooms, of which one is private to the master suite. The spacious master suite is kept warm and cozy with a corner fireplace, and boasts a large walk-in closet and gorgeous bathroom. We understand now the infatuation for this model
