Derived from the popular plan 2747, the unique angled rear volume has proved to be most popular. This model proposes a contemporary exterior and quite a different interior.
Off the entry is an enclosed dining room which would be equally comfortable as a home office. Also near the entrance, we appreciate a utility room comprised of a laundry area, a sink and counter with a duo shower / toilet area behind a sliding door.
