New twist on colonial classic four-square
At first glance, a classic four-square and then we find an unexpected contemporary touch--an angled mass resulting in a unique exterior and floor plan plus an attached two-car garage.
The angled family room flows into the large kitchen with central island ideal for light meals and for prep space. A dining room faces the front. Also conveniently located on the mail level is a powder room and adjoining laundry.
On the second level are three lovely bedrooms and a generous family bathroom. The master bedroom benefits from a traditional wardrobe style closet plus a walk-in closet and direct access to the bathroom.

UNFINISHED BONUS ROOM
The bonus rooms are often planned above the garage and are accessible from the house. They are designed to be converted as an office, a laundry area, a bathroom, a library corner or even an additional bedroom for which homeowners must make sure to have a window that complies with current codes & standards.
STORAGE AREA
Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
