Designed for a property developer who wanted to offer chalets well adapted to mountain life, this one, flollowing the example of plan 3952 and 3953, revealed itself to be a real success. Wether it's for ski or snowshoes, with all its suggested storage space and appropriate inside layout, this chalet's efficiency is remarkable. Note that the interior layout may here differ from the one suggested by the promotor.
Inside, we notice complete layout on all three levels including the lower level with an outside access to a storage room/washer-dryer area to which two bedrooms, a bathroom and more storage are added.
On main level, we find an open activity ara with abundant windows in front as well as in the back. Here, we appreciate the kitchen/dining area which allows the space for a 8-guests table, including a fireplace and a cathedral ceiling in a well lit living room.
On second level, we are pleasantly surprised by a large master suite with private bathroom and we are charmed by the confortable mezzanine large enough to accomodate a computer area or a hide-a-bed for visitors.
Abundant windows in the front as well as in the back for a panoramic view. Cathedral ceiling in the living room. Large dining room. Triple window in the kitchen, to maximize the viiew on the back. Large cloakroom with washer-dryer and access from outside, facilitating storage and drying of winter equipment.
