A 4ft deep covered porch adorns the entire length of this rancher. Shuttered windows and picket railing dress up this rancher which, due to simplified construction, is very economical to build.
A kitchen with island are adjacent to the dining room and side door. The forward-oriented living room is private from the dining area. Three bedrooms occupy their own wing and share a family bathroom complete with laundry.
If more space is required, you can effectively double your space by developing the unfinished basement.

I like this plan # W 4051 but could i get it with only 2 bedrooms and 42x28 and i live in Nova Scotia. So are these plans ready to be used in Nova Scotia or would i have to have them approved.
