Panoramic view with bachelor option
Indeed, what we notice first on this house, is the abundant windows insuring a remarkable panoramic view towards the back of the house and that is what made plan 2945 and 2957, which this plan is inspired from, so popular.
The biggest difference, for this plan 3956, is the clearing of the rear elevation, which will allow a layout for the basement which will be very interesting for the bachelor version (3956B).
This cleared basement approach allows us to suggest a 5-bedroom model, one of which is on the main floor, as well as confortable activity areas with fireplace, windows on three sides and cathedral ceiling for the one on main floor.
For this plan, we also notice a large family room on lower level, a bathroom or shower room on each floor (total of three), a walk-in closet in master bedroom on main floor, a lunch-island in the kitchen (a must have!), la large foyer on main level, and an adequate storage space on lower level. The only thing missing is you!
