Your best resource for this information is the municipality in which you want to build your home as the size of the home depends largely on the set back and distance between neighbors required and the local town hall would probably be able to give you the details and approve the model if it meets their requirements.

If I order the PDF file, will that be everything my builder needs to build this house. Does it include the foundation plan, roof plan, electrical plan , ect., ect..

All of our plans come complete with the elevations, foundation plan, plans for the first and second level, wall section, schematic of the roof and construction details. Plans for the truss work, electrical and plumbing details are not part of any of our plans.
