This model was based on Model number 3459 that you may view at www.dessinsdrummond.com . The above mentioned cottage is conceived in a manor-type approach or if you will a European style.
Nothing is left to chance in order to please this well-advised clientele, looking for a certain comfort and especially four (4) bedrooms. On the ground level, the hall entry is rather comfortable with its main entry cloakroom. It also boasts an entry from the garage, 9-foot ceiling and a good sized family room. The dining room is amply fenestrated, not to mention the lunch counter in the kitchen along with a walk-in type pantry. A bathroom cabinet has been included near the garage entrance for convenience sake.
Four bedrooms are located on the second floor, one being the master bedroom suite boasting a private bathroom and shower measuring 41 inches by 54 inches. An additional family room or living room, the choice is yours, has been added as well as a laundry room and a shower room for the children with a 56 inch by 48 inch shower.
The only thing put aside is the much talked-about stairway located in the garage and leading to the basement. If we look more closely, we will notice that the access from the garage to the house, via the stair landing, also allows direct access to the basement. So finally we come to the conclusion that absolutely nothing was neglected in the conception of this model.

There is no "cost to build" button because we do not offer constructions estimates per region on our site.
Although we do no actual construction, the ballpark estimate to build this home in Quebec (Canada) starts at around $280,000.
This estimate is based on professional grade materials and includes ceramic in the foyer, the kitchen and the bathrooms with hardwood flooring throughout the common areas and in the bedrooms.
The kitchen cabinetry is wood grain melamine. This construction estimate to build in Quebec is for a turn key project.
The cost of the land and its excavation, taxes and hook-ups to municipal or other services is not included in the calculation and it is highly recommended to consult local contractors and materials suppliers to get a better idea of the actual cost to build in your area.
