Designed to rival even the most imposing homes built in certain neighborhoods, this model has a lot of eye appeal and is certainly worth a closer look. Let’s visit.
Once in the main entrance foyer, we notice a walk-in coat closet. Inside, a large dining room, bathed in natural light, impresses us. A convenient half-bath is located just outside the dining room. We step through the well-organized and spacious kitchen to a large breakfast area that can easily be converted into a dining area. We pass next through double French doors to a vast and very comfortable family room, with central fireplace and double door access to the back yard. This area too can be converted into a dining room in order to convert the front dining room into a home office.
On the second level, the entire perimeter of the staircase is a mezzanine, thereby facilitating access to all rooms on this level. We are amazed at the size of the bedrooms and enchanted by the presence of two bathrooms, of which one is private to the master suite. Another welcome amenity on the second level is an independent laundry area, without forgetting the beautiful billiard room of which many dream.
