Grand Manor Features, 3 bedrooms, garage and sunken living room with 12' celing and fireplace!
Inspired by the architectural elements of the grand manors including brickwork on the ledges, the turret on the main façade, a recessed main entrance and lateral panels and balusters on the front porch. This model generated a lot of interest from the moment it appeared on our Internet site and in our magazines.
Inspiring with 9-foot ceilings throughout the main level vaulting to a peak of 12 feet in the living room. This grand space is warmed by the glow of a beautiful hearth.
An intimate home office nestles in the turret of the main level and all of the rooms are of good volumes with ample storage.
The large master bedroom offers an additional reading/television corner in the turret as well as a large walk in closet. Two comfortable secondary bedrooms and spacious bathroom featuring corner tub, separate shower and dual sinks add to the comfort of this home.

STORAGE AREA
Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
