We cannot provide cost estimates since costs vary greatly from region to region, because of fluctuations in building material costs, etc.
To obtain a general cost estimate for this house, I suggest that you contact a builder in your region and show them the information available on our website regarding this house (illustrations, floor plans, datasheet). Your builder should be able to prepare a cost estimate, or at least provide you with a dollar amount per square foot.
As for the delay needed to build this house, your local builder would be able to give a more accurate answer based on their workload and availability.
