House plan with solarium and indoor spa!
Designed during the recent Millennium change, our first thought was to create living space with an interior yard or garden in order to get closer to nature; this is a trend which, in our opinion, will be the tendency in this new Millennium.
We are offered a very original interior (see photos) as witnessed by the large greenhouse originally designed as a garden but where the homeowners here have pleased themselves by designing a dining room and a living room.
On the main level of the original plan, we find an adequate entrance foyer with very adequate closet, a living room linked to the dining room by a see-thru fireplace, a kitchen with lunch counter reaching into the greenhouse, an interior garden including a spa, a home theatre room, a laundry area independent from a half-bath, and a one-car garage.
We ascend the beautiful stairs located in the heart of the greenhouse to reach the second level. We first come across two corner computer areas, followed by two superb secondary bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a remarquable master suite including a private bathroom and a walk-in closet sufficiently large enough to be converted into a fourth bedroom if desired.
