Within these selected home plans for easier access to ownership, Drummond House Plans suggests this 3-bedroom model with a bachelor and entry with a landing allowing large windows for the rooms in the basement.
On owner's side, we notice a closet on landing in the entry and a lot of lighting from the activity area, open and with a lot of windows on the side and in the back. The kitchen, with its 3 corner windows, is as luminous as functionnal. Two bedrooms with excellent storage, and a bathroom with corner bath, corner shower and integrated laundry area, complete this floor, as for the basement, on owner's side, there is a third bedroom and a nice workshop-storage area, again with abundant windows.
As for the appartment, for which we partially see the private entrance on the right side of the house, we notice a closet at the bottom of the staircase ( only 6 steps), an independant laundry area, one bedroom, a bathroom and a living room, lunch area and kitchen with adequate lighting, facing the back.
