Kay Davies
I have been looking at the Marlowe 3 plan and I like it very much. However, I am puzzled by the rectangle at the end of the main floor entry closet.
It is a black rectangle, with an X through it. I can't see anything to correspond with it on the upper floor, or in the basement.
There is a smaller rectangle with an X in the upstair bathroom.
I hope you can answer this question and satisfy my curiosity.
Sincerely, Kay Davies

Customer service
Hello Mrs Davies and thanks for writing. Actually, the area near the entry closet (with an X) is a mechanical space. In the upstairs bathroom, there is another little box with and X and that is a laundry shoot. It connects to the cupboards above the washer and dryer below. Hope this makes sens to you!
