In response to a great demand for rustic-looking models, exposing decorative wood beams on the front, we propose here a version of the basic model of our new collection of Craftsman style house plans, (country or rustic or Nordic style if you prefer), offering 3 bedrooms. This version therefore provides a frontal double car garage and, among other things, 9’ ceilings throughout the house.
This model also includes an open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen. Cook and chat with guests while listening to crackling fire in the living room and sipping a glass of wine, it is always trendy! In addition, the large island in the kitchen will promote communication with your guests or educational assistance with your children while preparing dinner! A large pantry complete this beautiful kitchen.
You will be charmed by the master bedroom which features a private shower room, a reading area and a large walk-in closet 11 'x 6'8' '. The two secondary bedrooms share a good size bathroom with double vanity. Very handy for busy mornings!
