It includes a ceiling of 9' for the house and 17'8'' for the garage and its shower room.

OPTION 1 offers a large single side garage as well as 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have their private bathroom (total 3 bathrooms).
The ceilings on the ground floor and the first floor are 8' and 9' depending on the rooms of the house, and 17''8'' for the single garage.
