The square footage, not including the garage and the bonus space would be 5,529 square feet if the basement is finished. The siding is stone-brick and acrylic. We do not have building costs for Alberta. Local builders will be able to provide you with a cost per square foot.

How much do you charge to modify the drawing to be matched require VA state?
