Manor style house plan with twelve comfortable rooms + 3-car garage
Quite remarkable with its beautiful exterior bulk, the interior space and natural lighting of this manor is all that and more.
First, on the main level we can appreciate a 10 foot ceiling height over the entire floor, a spacious and well balanced staircase, a most enviable home office, a vast dining room, a more reserved living room at the front and a large family room open to the rear and to the center of activities. The breakfast area for its part is embellished by a fireplace and triple garden doors and blends in well with a very practical kitchen with strategic central island. Unfortunately, I do not have access to construction estimates for Ontario but a ball park figure to build this house in Quebec starts at $720,000.

The square footage, not including the garage and the bonus space would be 5,529 square feet if the basement is finished. The siding is stone-brick and acrylic. We do not have building costs for Alberta. Local builders will be able to provide you with a cost per square foot.
