American Influence
Its very size both attracts and allures; with well-centered and very original windows, a discreet and spacious two-car garage, independent balconies, this home is most certainly an American classic.
As we enter the foyer, boasting a 9-foot ceiling throughout the main level, we observe a door leading to a home office, and another leading to an open and very spacious living and dining room combination, which is open to the second level mezzanine for a remarkable interior effect. We continue through the kitchen, equipped with a round breakfast bar, which then leads to a cozy family room with a fireplace and abundant windows enjoying backyard views. Before we go up the stairs to visit the second level, we notice convenient, independent laundry and separate half-bath.
Above us, a skylight bathes the stairway and mezzanine in natural light. UNFINISHED BONUS ROOM
The bonus rooms are often planned above the garage and are accessible from the house. They are designed to be converted as an office, a laundry area, a bathroom, a library corner or even an additional bedroom for which homeowners must make sure to have a window that complies with current codes & standards.
STORAGE AREA
Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
