The dimensions for the entry is 9'-2" x 4'-10", the walk in closet is 6'-0" x 5'-8". The pantry is 12'-4" x 13'-8". For the bathrooms, the first level one is 8'-8" x 15'-6" and the second story one is 10'-10" x 9'-0".

i have 1308sqm plot on the slope, i'm planning to have 3-4 mulch-family apartment.I want to utilize the bottom section as car back on the lower portion but on the top portion i want to utilize the above design which i find is suitable and perfect.
i need to get in touch see how we can come up with few designs and i might send you the topo (dxf) just to get the feeling of the profile i'm talking about

We are empty nesters and wanting to downsize from a 5,100 sq ft home to a smaller floor plan. We have a 2 acre wooded lot on a slope. We would like to have a one level main living area with a drive under 2 car garage. We like the look of stone and glass. A 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a study would suite us fine. Do you have any suggestions on floor plans. We like the modern look with clean lines. We have a great view so that would need to be considered also. Thanks for your help. Love your site!
