Very elegant Tudor style home plan with an open floor layout
Here is a most elegant Colonial cottage with its streamlined roof, original fascia and a deep gallery wrapping around two facades, without forgetting that certain suppleness for the interior layout with its two proposed upper levels (3502 and 3503).
Inside, we note an excellent organization of the main level with the main entrance, the half-bath/laundry area, the kitchen with central island lunch counter, the dining room and the living room, all regrouped in an entirely open space. The staircase, well situated in a corner, allows a very efficient use of space and creates a unique nook, ideal for conversation or perhaps a computer desk.
For the upper level, two layouts are proposed. First, model 3502 suggests two interesting bedrooms, a boudoir or computer corner and a bathroom with a large shower and a corner bath, while model 3503 suggests three bedrooms, a bathroom offering a bath on feet which is very appropriate to this style of house, as well as a corner shower, a “must” today to have a shower independent from the bath.
