Four bedroom country manor for narrow lots
First designed to answer to the needs of a family of five including three children and for which each child must have their own room, this beautiful country manor also possesses the quality of fitting on a narrow lot, even when enlarging the garage from a single to a double; this certainly remains a big plus.
Inside, family life is made easier by the presence of a living room twinned with a dining room, both sharing a fireplace, as well as a family room which for its part is twinned with a kitchen, both facing the rear. Here we must note the presence of ample storage in the kitchen and a good sized lunch counter. On the practical side and always on the main level, we notice a half-bath next to an independent laundry room, so much appreciated on this floor!
On the second level, we are agreeably surprised by the size of the four bedrooms and we are particularly enthralled by that beautiful master suite proposing a reading area, a walk-in type closet and a large bathroom with corner bath and corner shower. Here, an additional and indispensible bathroom will make living together easier for the children.

There is no "cost to build" button as we do not have a breakdown of construction estimates according to zip code.
Although we do no actual construction, the ballpark estimate to build this home in Quebec (Canada) starts at around $320,000.
This estimate is based on professional grade materials and includes ceramic in the foyer, the kitchen and the bathrooms with hardwood flooring throughout the common areas and in the bedrooms.
The kitchen cabinetry is wood grain melamine. This construction estimate to build in Quebec is for a turn key project.
The cost of the land and its excavation, taxes and hook-ups to municipal or other services is not included in the calculation and it is highly recommended to consult local contractors and materials suppliers to get a better idea of the actual cost to build in your area.
