Actually, the dimensions do not include the deck. It?s the dark black lines only seeing as there is no foundation under the deck.

Since you are building in Quebec, we do have a global cost estimate for the constrution of this model available.
All you need to do is to click on "French" at the top, right hand corner of the screen which will bring you into our French site with the cost estimate located on the top line of the technincal data.
The highest of the two represents a turn key project in which the contractor takes care of everything. It does not include the cost of land, taxes or hook ups to municipal services but can serve as a ballpark idea.
Unfortunalteley, we do not have detailed, per square foot, estimates for the construction of any of our models.
