The PORTSIDE garage plan (#1917) offers a 16'-8'' x 22'-8'' (540 sq.ft.) space to store your car, boat, small motorhome or truck. The ceiling of the garage section is 10'8'' high and allows a small storage area at the back. Access to the garage is possible through a another door other than via the covered terrace.
The bathroom and storage area is accessible directly from the sheltered terrace. The latter has an area of 18' x 18' (324 sq.ft.) and has a cathedral ceiling reaching 19'-6'' as well as a beautiful fireplace. There is enough space to set up an outdoor living area. A small sheltered wood storage area is also available on the opposite side of the garage.
