This cottage is another very popular model. Initially offered without garage (model 2709), this model lends itself particularly well to the addition of a good sized garage. The gallery ending on the front wall of the garage allows for a more aesthetic and imposing mass than usual, therefore offering much more storage.
Inside, localization of the laundry room and the half-bath of original model 2709 also contribute to a garage layout with a functional access to the house.
Beautiful living spaces are offered on the main level as well as the second level.
