what would be the estimated cost to build this houes using wood construction with siding?

Good day and thank you for taking the time to write
Although we do no actual construction, the ballpark estimate to build this home in Quebec (Canada) using 2 x 6 wood construction starts at around $730,000. but this calculation is done with acrylic and not siding on the outside. To get an idea of the cost difference between the two your best resource would be a local materials supplier.
This estimate is based on professional grade materials and includes ceramic in the foyer, the kitchen and the bathrooms with hardwood flooring throughout the common areas and in the bedrooms.
The kitchen cabinetry is wood grain melamine. This construction estimate is for a turn key project which excludes the cost of the land and its excavation, taxes and hook-ups to municipal or other services.
I hope that this provides some helpful information and I invite you to contact me if you have any other questions or comments

Good day and thank you for your interest in this design.
Although our plans do conform to IRC 2006 codes, they are not engineered and, as such, you may need to hire an engineer to stamp them off if that is required by the municipality in which you want to build.
The homes in this collection can be ordered in either concrete block or 2 X 6 wood frame construction so be sure to specify which one you need at the time of your order.
Please let me know if I can further assist you
