This is an original concept with four (4) bedrooms. You are looking for an original house plan, well lighted and containing four (4) bedrooms? Check out this model. First of all, notice that for its very uncommon voluminous exterior and its large corner-wise fenestration. As you enter this one we notice the openness of its spaces, horizontally as well as vertically. Moreover, we are captured by this huge family room, even though it has been designed in the basement. Its luminous environment is due to the abundant corner fenestration and is very cozy with the presence of a fireplace that is well centered and very comfortable with the numerous seats it offers. Always in the basement, we appreciate the two (2) bedrooms measuring 11’ x 10’ each, a shower room, laundry room and a duo workshop-storage area that is well lighted as well as a full bathroom with an independent shower that is the enlarged format. There is also two (2) good-sized bedrooms of which includes the master bedroom with its walk-in closet and corner fireplace which can be conceivable due to the location of the chimney.
