I am interested in this plan for my garage. I have a couple questions. What is the wall height for the first floor? If it's 8ft, can it be increased to 10' or 12'? What's the pitch of the roof? Is there a complimentary house plan that matches this garage?

The ceiling height of the first floor is 8'9" but we would be happy to send you a free estimate to change it to 10' or 12' (according to your requirements) within two business days after receipt of this on line form.
The roof pitch is 14/12
You may want to check with your municipality before choosing a house plan with regards to the size of the house required and what is allowed on your lot. There are two models which stand out as complementing the design of this garage

i do like this plan, would like to know if it can be increased to 28 x 42, have 3 seperate garage doors, and will your plans show the centre supports for the joices? will your plans come with truss designs? and plans for footings and foundation walls?

Yes, this garage can be enlarged to the dimensions you specified and the facade could have three garage doors (depending on their size).
Our plans show the centre support for the joists (beams). We also provide truss diagrams and complete information for the roof, but you must go to a truss manufacturer to have the trusses produced. We also include a foundation plan with footings and foundation walls.

It shows on your plan that the second floor it 641 sq ft but it is only 33x16, thats only 528, less the area for stairs, whats the true area?

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
