This uniquely styled home is enhanced by dramatic roof and dormer masses and a wrap around veranda to create a beautiful home that can fit on a deep, narrow lot.
Colonial character with a 3 car garage offers the convenience of side entry for a welcoming courtyard effect. 9’ ceilings throughout the main level add to the spacious feeling of the open floor plan. A cozy fireplace in the main living area is visible from the dining area and the large kitchen island. The estimate that appears is now $420,000 due to increases in materials and labor costs and is a ballpark figure in Canadian dollars for construction in Quebec, Canada.
The best way to get a more specific idea of the actual cost to build in your state would be to contact local contractors and/or materials suppliers.

The only prices we have are provincial averages for Quebec, for the plan as shown on our website. These prices may not be accurate for Ontario. The price we have for this house is $340,000 to $382,000. That is with unfinished basement. Since the price depends on what your needs are for the basement, we cannot provide a cost unless you have the plan modified to your requirements,and ask for an estimate cost of construction.
