Small, economical Country style house plan offering 1 to 3 bedrooms and a kitchen with wonderful seating area!
The BATISCAN 2 house plan (plan #2180-V1) offers a total of 896 square feet on each floor (ground floor and basement if finished). You can therefore choose to convert the basement into 2 bedrooms, shower room, family room, storage and office, or simply take the floating slab option or other, if you do not want a basement.

The ground floor opens onto the front entrance with coat closet, as well as a small bench, practical for putting on your shoes. In addition, the kitchen on the left is open to the living room and this entire area is designed with cathedral ceilings, creating a magnitude effet despite the small space!
The kitchen is fitted with a 2-seater island as well as a dining room with a corner seating area: ideal for saving space while still having a table! The living room receives beautiful natural light allowed by the triple patio door overlooking the backyard.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers a large closet as well as private access to the full bathroom. The latter includes 2 sinks, a recessed toilet, a free-standing bath facing a window and a separate shower.
Other particularities are that the laundry area is located on the ground floor and the ceiling is 9' in bedroom #1, bathroom, washer-dryer area and entrance areas!
