Differing from the many manor style houses we are used to seeing, this one proposes a refined exterior with simple lines, as with the shed dormers, and certainly a most livable interior volume with its 42 foot width by 44 foot depth and a 9 foot ceiling throughout the main level.

We note a comfortable foyer upon entering the house and adjoining this, a very welcoming half-bath and a superb laundry room.
