From its origins in the model line that include plans 2147 and 2157, this plan features a more Craftsman style exterior and a contemporary floor plan with almost 100 square feet more of living space than its predecessors, model 3147-V2 is just waiting to be discovered!
The nicely sized entrance foyer has a 5’ wide closet through which the activities area accessed. Abundant fenestration all around bathes the living/dining and kitchen areas in natural light. A fireplace and patio doors add to the appeal of the 18’ x 17’ open floor plan and the kitchen has a convenient, central island.
